Your Shipment ID is a unique number assigned when you book. You can find it in your confirmation email or in your AfriCargo account under “My Shipments.”
Our team updates your shipment at each stage — Picked Up, In Transit (Air/Sea), Arrived, and Out for Delivery.
Double-check you entered the correct Shipment ID and email.
Make sure the shipment has been booked and confirmed.

Picked Up – Your package has been collected.
In Transit (Air/Sea) – Your shipment is on its way by air or sea.
Arrived in UK / Nigeria – Shipment has arrived at its destination country.
Out for Delivery – Package is with our driver for final delivery.
Completed – Shipment delivered successfully.
Cancelled / Refunded – Shipment cancelled or refunded.
